Terms and Conditions

Payments:  We accept all Major Credit Cards, eChecks, Money Orders, Cashier’s Check and Personal Checks. 

Major Credit Cards and eChecks are processed through PayPal’s secure site.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to process your payment.  Personal Checks will have to clear before processing your order.

 
Shipping:  We ship only to the Continental United States. 

 

Returns:  Customers must contact us at 1-800-279-3583 or 225-261-1915 and obtain an authorization regarding all returns and exchanges. Credit will be issued for the cost of the merchandise on authorized returns only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. It is the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping cost unless returns are due to an error on our part. All merchandise must be in its original condition as received.  Never return merchandise in a regular letter envelope, it must be in a padded bubble wrap to insure it is returned without damage.

 

Shopping Information:  We have a password feature but you do not have to have one to place an order. The password feature on our check out page is simply a convenient way to allow return customers to retrieve all their shipping information.
